Flexural Strength Tester

The bending strength tester applies force to a specimen using the three-point bending method to measure the maximum load before the material fractures. It is used to evaluate the bending resistance of materials such as plates and bars, and to determine the structural stability of materials in quality inspections of building materials and plastics.
Selection
Select sensors with appropriate ranges based on the material type; determine the support span according to the specimen dimensions; automatic data acquisition functionality is required; calibration equipment must comply with national standards; environmental temperature fluctuations must be controlled within ±2℃.
