Surface ThermoMeter Paper

Surface temperature indicating paper utilizes thermosensitive materials that undergo an irreversible color change at specific temperatures to indicate the surface temperature of an object. During use, it is attached to the measured surface, and the color change is observed to determine whether the preset temperature point has been reached. It is commonly used for process monitoring in applications such as welding and heat treatment.
Selection
When selecting, consider the compatibility between the surface material of the object being measured and the adhesive on the back of the temperature-sensitive paper. Determine the temperature range and accuracy based on process requirements, and be mindful of the impact of environmental humidity on measurement results. Choose the appropriate model by considering the color-change response time, and ensure that the color change visibility meets on-site observation conditions.
