Customization Guide

All customized products (configured-to-order, special specifications, custom branding, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after production confirmation, except for major quality issues.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

Subjective reasons (don't like it, no longer need it, ordered by mistake, etc.)

Changes in customer requirements or project cancellation

Differences between customization results and expectations

Incorrect specifications not caused by our company

Returns are ONLY accepted for:

Unrepairable manufacturing defects

Quality issues confirmed in writing by our technicians

Products unused, uninstalled, with original packaging intact

Request submitted within 7 days of receipt

We recommend:

Carefully review customization plans before confirmation

Order samples first for important customizations

Keep all confirmation records

Purchase insurance for high-value orders
