Order Processing and Shipment
After customer payment is confirmed, the order will officially enter the production/stock preparation process. Once the goods are shipped, we will provide the Tracking Number via email.
Logistics Tracking
Customers can track the shipment status via the logistics company’s official website.
Please note: If the shipment is routed through Hong Kong, tracking updates may be delayed by 1–2 days.
Customs Clearance and Receipt
After the goods arrive in the destination country, the customer is responsible for handling customs clearance and paying any applicable taxes or duties.
Upon receipt, please inspect the external packaging for any damage. After signing for the delivery, open and inspect the goods promptly.

Delivery Time
Estimated transit time after shipment varies by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 30 business days (excluding customs clearance time).

III. Logistics Partners
We collaborate with multiple international logistics companies (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and select the optimal shipping channel based on cargo weight, dimensions, destination, and customer requirements.
IV. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on cargo volume, weight, and destination, and will be clearly listed in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
If additional costs arise due to reasons such as incorrect address provided by the customer, failed customs clearance, or refusal of delivery, such costs shall be borne by the customer.

Fragile or special instruments will be packaged with extra care, but risks during transit may still exist. We recommend customers purchase shipping insurance.

A: Generally, shipments are arranged by us based on practical considerations. If you have special requirements, please inform us before order confirmation, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q: Do you offer tax-inclusive shipping?
A: Standard shipping methods do not include destination taxes or duties. If DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is required, please discuss this with the sales team in advance.
Q: What if the goods are damaged or lost?
A: Inspect the external packaging before signing for delivery. If there is obvious damage, take photos, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening the package post-delivery, provide photo/video evidence within 48 hours, and we will assist in filing a claim with the logistics company.
