Ultra-high vacuum drying Oven

The ultra-high vacuum drying oven uses a combination of mechanical pumps and molecular pumps to evacuate the chamber, reducing the internal pressure to below 10^-3 Pa, which lowers the boiling point of water molecules to achieve low-temperature dehydration. It is used for drying heat-sensitive materials, degassing electronic components, sample pretreatment, and preventing oxidation reactions.
Selection
