High Shear ViscoMeter for Coatings

The high-shear viscometer for coatings generates shear forces in the sample by rotating a rotor, measuring the flow resistance of the coating under high shear rates. It is used to simulate the application state of coatings during spraying or roller coating, and to evaluate their anti-spatter properties and leveling performance. It is suitable for on-site industrial control of coating application performance.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the measurement range covers the actual construction shear rate, the sample volume matches production needs, and the rotor material is resistant to solvent corrosion. The temperature control function should align with the construction environment, and the data output interface should be compatible with existing recording systems. Operation and maintenance should conform to the technical habits of personnel.
