Rubber Coating Thickness Meter

The rubber coating thickness gauge uses the principles of magnetic induction or eddy current. When the probe contacts the coating, it generates changes in the magnetic field to calculate the thickness. It is used to measure the thickness of coatings on rubber products, ensuring uniformity of application. It is commonly employed in quality inspections for rubber products such as tires and seals.
Selection
Select models based on magnetic induction or eddy current principles according to the rubber substrate type; the measurement range must cover the actual coating thickness; consider the curvature of the coating to match the probe size; choose models with higher protection ratings in dusty environments; handheld types are suitable for on-site inspections, while fixed types are used for assembly lines.
