Laboratory Agitator

Laboratory mixers generate shear force by rotating blades driven by a motor, ensuring uniform mixing of liquids or solid-liquid mixtures. They are used for color matching and dispersion in coatings and inks, homogenization of paper pulp, and dissolution of plastic raw materials. Common types include magnetic stirrers and mechanical stirrers.
Selection
Select the stirring force based on the viscosity of the material; use mechanical stirring for high-viscosity materials. Match the length of the stirring rod to the container size. Choose corrosion-resistant materials for corrosive materials. Select a model with temperature control if heating is required. Use an explosion-proof motor in explosive environments. Consider the speed range and timer function.
