Film Grid Cutter

The cross-cut adhesion tester uses a blade to cut a grid pattern on the coating surface, and observes the peeling of the coating to test adhesion. It is used to evaluate the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, and to assess the durability of the coating in quality inspection.
Selection
When selecting, consider the hardness of the substrate to match the blade specification, the coating thickness determines the cutting spacing, and the standard method corresponds to the grid size. Choose mechanical for manual operation, electric for batch testing, and a magnifying glass is required to observe the peeling ratio.
