Rubber Sponge Hardness Tester

A rubber sponge hardness tester measures the hardness value by converting the depth of penetration of a pressure needle into the material surface under constant pressure. It is used to detect the compressive resistance of soft foam materials and is applied in quality control for products such as sofas, mattresses, and sealing strips.
Selection
Select the indenter diameter based on the thickness of the material being tested, determine the measurement range according to the testing standards, choose between mechanical or digital display types considering the operating environment, and verify the instrument calibration certificate to ensure measurement accuracy.
