Brix Measurement Device

A saccharimeter operates based on the principle of light refraction, determining sugar concentration by measuring the refractive index of liquids. It is used for quality control in food processing, such as juices, beverages, and sauces, as well as for assessing fruit ripeness in agricultural production.
Selection
Select the corresponding range model based on the sugar content range of the sample to be tested, and consider whether automatic temperature compensation is required based on the sample temperature. Handheld models are suitable for on-site rapid testing, while benchtop models are ideal for precise laboratory measurements. Pay attention to the purity of distilled water used for calibration.
