Electric Heating Constant Temperature Blast Drying Oven

The electric thermostatic air-circulating oven heats air through electric heating tubes, and uses forced convection by a fan to ensure uniform temperature inside the chamber. It is used for sample drying and heat treatment, such as curing paint films in coating testing and evaluating the heat resistance of materials in the plastics industry.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the temperature range should cover experimental needs, the inner chamber size should match the sample volume, and the temperature control accuracy should meet standards. The type of fan affects uniformity, stainless steel material facilitates cleaning, and safety devices must include over-temperature protection.

What are the differences between a vacuum oven and a conventional oven?
The main difference between a vacuum oven and a conventional oven lies in their working pressure. Conventional ovens operate at atmospheric pressure, heating through air convection, making them suitable for routine drying tasks. In contrast, vacuum ovens are evacuated to low pressure to reduce air presence, primarily relying on thermal radiation for heat transfer. This makes them ideal for processing heat-sensitive, oxidation-prone materials or those requiring thorough drying.
