DensitoMeter hydroMeter

The densitometer calculates density by measuring the buoyancy difference of an object in air and liquid, while the hydrometer determines density based on the immersion depth of a floating body in a liquid. They are used in quality control processes such as detecting the solid content of coatings and inks, the purity of plastic raw materials, and the density of paper fibers.
Selection
Select float type for liquids or electronic type for solids based on the state of the measured substance; consider accuracy requirements, using thousandths for laboratory use and hundredths for production line use; match sample volume, with micro-type requiring less than 0.5 ml and regular type requiring more than 50 ml; pay attention to the temperature compensation function, with thermosensitive materials requiring a temperature control probe.
