Cable Tension Gauge

The cable tension tester applies axial force by clamping both ends of the cable and measures the changes in force and displacement during the stretching process. It is used to test the mechanical strength of cable sheaths, insulation layers, and conductors, and is applied in quality inspection during wire and cable production, construction project acceptance, and fault analysis.
Selection
Select the measurement range based on cable specifications, taking into account the maximum tension requirements. The clamping method must match the cable diameter and material. Accuracy should meet testing standards, with attention paid to sensor resolution. The equipment should have data output capabilities and a clear operation interface. The structure must be sturdy and adaptable to various testing environments.
