Coating Density Meter

The paint densitometer measures the mass per unit volume of paint based on Archimedes' principle. After injecting the sample into the measuring cup, the instrument automatically calculates the ratio of mass to volume and displays the density value. It is used for production control, formulation adjustment, and quality consistency checks to ensure that the paint's application performance and storage stability meet process requirements.
Selection
When selecting, pay attention to whether the measurement range and accuracy cover the density values of daily samples. Consider the structure of the measuring cup adapted to sample viscosity; high-viscosity coatings require wide-mouth cups. Temperature affects measurement results, so it is preferable to choose models with temperature compensation functions. The operation interface should be simple and intuitive for quick data reading. Regularly verify the instrument's accuracy using standard weights.
