Chloromethane Analyzer

A chloromethane detector measures the concentration of chloromethane in the air using electrochemical or infrared sensors. When the sensors come into contact with the gas, they generate electrical signals or absorb specific wavelengths of infrared light. The instrument then converts these signals into concentration readings. It is used for leak warnings and safety protection in settings such as chemical production and environmental monitoring.
Selection
When selecting, consider whether the detection range covers the needs of the usage scenario, pay attention to the sensor lifespan and calibration cycle, check if the explosion-proof rating matches the operating environment, confirm that the response time and data recording functions meet monitoring requirements, and understand maintenance costs and component supply availability.

Instruments

Using MCU chip to achieve low power consumption operation, detection error ≤ +/- 3% F. S, Response Time ≤ 30 seconds, support 4-20mA and RS485 and other signal output, can be operated by remote control without opening the lid, with local sound and light alarm function.
