Light Booth

The light source box is equipped with standard light sources, simulating daylight, fluorescent light, and other lighting conditions to provide a stable and uniform illumination environment. It is used for comparing sample colors, observing color differences, and metamerism phenomena, and is applied in color quality control in industries such as printing, textiles, and coatings.
Selection
When selecting a light source box, it is essential to consider coverage of common standard light sources such as D65 and CWF, with illumination maintained between 1000 and 2000 lux. The interior of the box should feature a neutral gray background. Additionally, ensure the color rendering index (CRI) is above 90, check the lamp lifespan and calibration certificate, and verify that the viewing angle complies with the standard configuration of 45°/0° or 0°/45°.
