Portable ISO Flow Cup

The portable ISO flow cup reflects the fluid viscosity by measuring the time it takes for a fixed volume of fluid to flow out from the standard aperture at the bottom of the cup. It is used for on-site rapid detection of flow characteristics of coatings, inks, and other materials, complying with the ISO 2431 standard.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the cup number to the viscosity range of the material being tested. Commonly used cup numbers 1-6 correspond to different aperture sizes. Prioritize stainless steel material for corrosion resistance and inspect the cup spout for any wear. Environmental temperature effects require calibration, and use a matching thermometer and stopwatch to ensure data accuracy.
