Ink Coating Applicator Rod

The wire-wound coating bar controls the transfer amount of coating through the spiral wire wound on the surface of the metal bar, forming a uniform wet film on the substrate. Selection
Select the wire diameter specification according to the testing standards; a larger wire diameter results in a thicker coating. Choose different application methods based on substrate roughness: use a wire-wound rod for smooth substrates and a doctor blade for rough surfaces. Select the gap according to the viscosity of the coating; choose a rod with a larger gap for high-viscosity coatings.
