DensiMeter

The densimeter determines density by measuring the ratio of mass to volume of a substance. Utilizing Archimedes' principle or the vibrating tube method, it detects the density values of liquids, solids, or powders. It is used for concentration control of coatings and inks, quality inspection of plastic raw materials, and density monitoring of paper pulp.
Selection
When selecting a density meter, it is essential to clarify the state of the substance to be measured: use an immersion type for liquids and a bench scale type for solids. Consider whether the measurement range covers the sample's density range and whether the accuracy meets the requirements of process error tolerance. Check if the temperature compensation function is suitable for the operating environment, and ensure the calibration method is simple and reliable. The material should be corrosion-resistant and compatible with the detection medium, while the data output interface must be compatible with existing equipment.
