Flocculant emulsifier

The flocculant emulsifier thoroughly mixes suspended particles in the liquid with the flocculant through high-speed shearing, causing fine particles to aggregate into larger flocs for easier separation. It is used in solid-liquid separation processes in industries such as water treatment and chemical engineering, accelerating sedimentation or flotation.
Selection
When selecting, consider the viscosity and solid content of the material to be processed, as well as the processing capacity, and match the equipment's speed and power. Determine the operation method—batch or continuous—based on process requirements, check the material's corrosion resistance, and ensure the sealing structure is suitable for the working environment.
