Handheld sugar Meter

The handheld saccharimeter is based on the principle of light refraction. The refractive index changes with the concentration of the sugar solution, and the instrument measures the refractive index to directly display the sugar content value. It is used for rapid detection of sugar content in liquids such as fruit juices, beverages, and sauces, offering convenient on-site operation.
Selection
When selecting, consider the measurement range and accuracy. A common range is 0–90% Brix with an accuracy of ±0.1%. Pay attention to the sample temperature compensation function, as automatic compensation is more convenient. Check the protection rating; IP65 dust and water resistance is suitable for humid environments. The calibration method is simple, requiring only zero calibration with distilled water.
