High-speed dispersing machine for coatings

The high-speed paint disperser utilizes a high-speed rotating serrated dispersion disc to generate shear force, breaking up pigment agglomerates and uniformly dispersing them into the paint liquid. It is used for pigment pre-dispersion and homogenization in paint production, enabling rapid solid-liquid mixing.
Selection
When selecting, consider the viscosity of the material to match the motor power, determine the vessel capacity based on processing volume, and choose the speed adjustment function according to process requirements. The material of the dispersion disk must be corrosion-resistant, the sealing structure should suit the working environment, and attention should be paid to the compatibility between the shaft head dimensions and the bottom of the container.
