Paper Bag Friction Tester

The paper bag friction tester uses an electric motor to drive a friction head that reciprocates over the surface of the paper bag, simulating wear and tear during transportation. It is used to evaluate the abrasion resistance of surface coatings or prints on paper bags, making it valuable for quality control and process improvement in packaging materials.
Selection
When selecting, consider the load range and friction speed required by the test standards, matching the thickness of common paper bags. The equipment must have an automatic shutdown function based on the number of cycles, and the friction head material should be wear-resistant. The operation interface should be intuitive, and the structure must be sturdy to minimize the impact of vibrations.
