Pendulum-Type Friction Tester

The pendulum friction tester evaluates the coefficient of friction of a material's surface by measuring the degree of swing attenuation when the pendulum freely swings and contacts the sample surface. It is used to test the slip properties of materials such as paper, plastic films, and coatings, ensuring the stacking and transportation stability of packaging and printing products.
Selection
When selecting, confirm the pendulum type and range corresponding to the test standard, and ensure the sample thickness is compatible with the fixture specifications. Prioritize models equipped with electronic angle sensors and automatic calculation functions. The calibration certificate should cover commonly used measurement ranges. Consider the compatibility between sample dimensions and the workbench, and control the influence of ambient temperature and humidity on the nylon slider.
