Glass Gluing Machine

The glass gluing machine evenly applies adhesive onto the glass surface using rollers or nozzles, controlling the thickness of the adhesive layer through mechanical pressure. It is used for bonding glass to frames and manufacturing laminated glass, ensuring sealing performance and structural strength.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the glass size to the coating width, choose the roller gap or nozzle type based on the glue viscosity, select the conveyor belt speed adjustment range according to the production speed, and choose corrosion-resistant material for the glue tank and scraper based on the glue characteristics.

How to choose a laboratory coater? Which one should you buy: wire bar, scraper, or slot die?
This article introduces three methods for selecting laboratory coating machines: wire bar coating is suitable for low-viscosity coatings, offering low cost and simple operation; blade coating is ideal for medium-to-high viscosity slurries or those containing particles, with a wide range of film thickness control; slot-die coating provides the highest precision and is suitable for high-end applications such as electronic films.
Comparison of Coating Accuracy between Laboratory Blade Coater and Slot Die Coater
This article compares the coating precision of blade coaters and slot-die coaters in the laboratory. Blade coaters are suitable for thick coatings, with simple operation but relatively large uniformity errors; slot-die coaters offer higher precision and better uniformity for thin coatings.
