Dial Type Tension Gauge

The dial tension meter converts tension into scale readings by using spring deformation to drive the pointer rotation. It is used to measure the tensile strength of materials and is commonly employed in quality control processes to test the tensile properties of products such as paper and films.
Selection
When selecting, consider the maximum range to cover testing needs, ensure accuracy complies with standard specifications, and check the pointer's stability at zero. The fixture must match the sample shape, and regular calibration is required to ensure measurement accuracy. Environmental humidity should not affect metal components.
