Rubber Bond Strength Tester

The rubber bond strength tester clamps rubber and substrate samples, stretches them at a constant speed until separation, measures the maximum peeling force, and calculates the bond strength. It is used to evaluate the bonding effectiveness between rubber and materials such as metals and fabrics, commonly applied in quality control for tire and seal production.
Selection
When selecting, consider the measurement range and accuracy required by the testing standards. The clamping fixture must match the shape and size of the specimen. The equipment should have data recording capabilities and a calibration certificate, adapt to the environmental temperature conditions of the laboratory, and feature a simple and user-friendly operation interface.
