Coating Flow Cup

The paint outflow cup reflects the viscosity of the paint by measuring the time it takes for a certain volume of paint to flow out from the small hole at the bottom of the cup. It is used for rapid on-site evaluation of paint fluidity and application performance, as well as for quality control in the coating and ink industries.
Selection
Select the corresponding numbered flow cup based on the viscosity range of the tested coating. Choose stainless steel or aluminum material considering the corrosiveness of the coating solvent. Control temperature and tilt angle according to standard operations, and regularly calibrate the orifice size.
