A standard light box

The standard light box is equipped with specific color temperature light sources, simulating environmental lighting conditions such as daylight and store lighting to provide a stable and uniform observation background. It is used for color comparison and color difference detection of paint and ink samples, ensuring consistent evaluation results across different lighting environments. It is applied in scenarios such as printing quality inspection, plastic part color matching, and textile goods inspection.
Selection
When selecting, consider the coverage requirements of common light source types such as D65 and TL84. The illuminance should exceed 1000 lux with stable uniformity. The interior of the cabinet should have a neutral gray background and include metamerism detection functionality. The observation area size should accommodate the samples being tested. Regular calibration of the light sources and monitoring of the cumulative usage time of the lamps are also required.
