Wheel-type wet film thickness Gauge

The wheel-type wet film thickness gauge measures wet film thickness through a structure of three concentric wheels. The two outer wheels are fixed at a set height, while the middle measuring wheel contacts the wet film surface, causing displacement. The thickness value is directly read through a mechanical scale or digital display. It is used for on-site rapid monitoring of coating thickness during paint application to prevent non-compliance after drying. It is commonly used in coating sites such as ships and steel structures.
Selection
When selecting, consider the measurement range to cover common coating thicknesses, with the scale division meeting control accuracy requirements. The stainless steel material is suitable for corrosive environments, and the mechanical design eliminates the need for electricity, making it ideal for fieldwork. The curved wheel frame avoids weld protrusions, and the anti-slip handle design facilitates ease of operation. Compare actual working conditions with instrument parameters and verify the validity of the calibration certificate.
