Digital Liquid ViscoMeter

Digital liquid viscometers measure viscosity by detecting the resistance generated when a rotor rotates in the liquid. An electronic sensor measures the torque and converts it into a viscosity value, with results displayed directly in digital form. They are used for on-site viscosity testing of fluids such as coatings and inks, enabling monitoring of production process stability.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the viscosity range of the liquid being measured with the instrument's measurement range, determine the rotor material based on the corrosiveness of the sample, ensure the operating temperature is compatible with the sensor's tolerance, opt for battery-powered models for portability needs, and configure data recording functions according to storage requirements.
