Multi-zone Incubator

A multi-temperature zone incubator creates multiple temperature gradient zones within the chamber through independent temperature control modules, using thermocouples and PID algorithms to maintain stable temperature differences between each zone. It is used to simulate different temperature environments and test material tolerance and reaction rate variations across various temperature zones. Selection
When selecting, consider that the number of temperature zones should match the grouping needs of experimental samples, the temperature range should cover the experimental extremes, and the uniformity error should be less than ±0.5℃. The chamber material should be corrosion-resistant, and the observation window should be anti-condensation. The temperature control system must include temperature calibration and power-off recovery settings.
