Photomicroscope

The photographic microscope combines an optical microscope with digital imaging, using objective lenses to magnify sample details and CCD or CMOS sensors to record images. It is used for observing material surface morphology and particle distribution, analyzing pigment dispersion in coating inspections, and checking for defects in the plastics industry.
Selection
When selecting, consider the magnification range of the lens to meet inspection needs, as the numerical aperture of the objective lens affects resolution. Ensure the camera's pixel count and sensor size are matched to guarantee clarity, and ensure interface compatibility with the existing system. Choose the lighting method—LED or halogen—based on the sample characteristics, and ensure the software functionality meets measurement and analysis requirements.
