Relative ViscoMeter

A relative viscometer determines the relative viscosity by measuring the time it takes for a fluid to flow through a standard orifice under gravity, compared to the time for the same volume of a standard liquid. It is used to test the flow characteristics of fluids such as coatings and inks, and to control the flow properties of materials during the production process.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the viscosity range of the material being tested with the instrument's measurement range, ensuring the material's corrosiveness aligns with the corrosion resistance requirements of the instrument's material, verifying that temperature control meets the testing conditions, ensuring ease of operation suits the usage environment, and confirming that the data output method meets recording requirements.
