Durability Cross-Cut Tester

The adhesion test cross-cut cutter uses the blade head to create a grid on the coating surface. After peeling with tape, the coating's detachment is observed to assess its adhesion. Selection
When selecting a cross-cut cutter, it should match the coating thickness: use a 1mm spacing blade for thin coatings and a 2mm spacing blade for thick coatings. The blade hardness should be higher than that of the coating being tested. Choose a 6-tooth or 11-tooth specification based on the standard. The handle should be non-slip for easy application of force, and stainless steel material ensures durability.
