Film Density Meter

The film densimeter measures the density of film samples using the buoyancy method or the vibration method. The buoyancy method is based on Archimedes' principle, calculating density by measuring the difference in the sample's mass in air and in liquid. The vibration method estimates density by analyzing changes in the sample's vibration frequency. It is used in industries such as plastic films and coating materials for raw material quality control and production process monitoring.
Selection
When selecting, consider measurement accuracy and whether the sample size matches the instrument's measurement range. Pay attention to temperature control stability and its adaptability to the laboratory environment. The operation interface should be simple, and the calibration function must be comprehensive. Choose the corresponding measurement mode based on common sample types to ensure data repeatability meets testing requirements.
