High Molecular Sintering Method Carbonized Film Preparation Coating Machine

The carbonized film preparation coating machine using polymer sintering method forms thin films by carbonizing polymer materials through high-temperature sintering. The equipment applies a polymer solution onto a substrate and then performs programmed temperature carbonization under an inert gas atmosphere, resulting in conductive or high-temperature-resistant coatings. It is used in the preparation of functional films for applications such as lithium battery separators and flexible circuits.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the substrate's tolerance temperature with the equipment's maximum sintering temperature, and ensure the temperature control accuracy is within ±2℃. The inert gas protection system must maintain an oxygen content below 10 ppm. The coating speed and carbonization zone length should meet production capacity requirements, and the equipment should be equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system.
