Hot water drying Oven

The hot water drying oven heats water through built-in electric heating tubes to generate steam, which is then circulated to uniformly heat and dehumidify samples. It is used in laboratories for drying, curing, and moisture determination of materials such as coatings and plastics, with operating temperatures typically below 100℃.
Selection
When selecting, consider the thermal resistance of the samples to match the temperature control range of the chamber. Determine the inner chamber size based on the sample volume. For steam heating methods, a water level protection function is required. The chamber material should be corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the temperature fluctuation should be controlled within ±1–2℃ to meet general requirements.
