Pigment Stirring Machine

The pigment stirrer uses a motor to drive the blades to rotate, generating shear force to evenly disperse pigment particles in the liquid. It is used in the preparation process of laboratory coatings and inks, capable of breaking up agglomerated particles to form a stable suspension. It is commonly employed in color matching for printing inks and the coloring process of plastic masterbatches.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the material viscosity with the motor power, and choose stainless steel for corrosive materials. Determine the length of the stirring rod based on the container size; anchor-type blades are suitable for high-viscosity materials. Ensure the speed adjustment range covers experimental requirements, and note that noise and vibration indicators affect the user experience.
