Spray Glue Applicator

The spray-type gluing machine atomizes the adhesive into micron-sized particles using air pressure and evenly sprays them onto the substrate surface through a nozzle. Utilizing aerodynamic principles, it enables non-contact gluing, making it suitable for curved or uneven surfaces. In the packaging and electronic component encapsulation fields, it is used for quickly applying protective coatings, with controllable coating thicknesses ranging from 5 to 200 μm.
Selection
Select the atomization particle size based on the substrate characteristics. For metal surfaces, 20-50 μm is commonly used, while porous materials require 80 μm or larger. Match the adhesive output to the production line speed, with 5-20 L/min being suitable for ordinary assembly lines. Consider the adhesive viscosity to match the pump pressure, with high-viscosity resins requiring a pressure of 0.7 MPa or higher. Choose the nozzle material according to the corrosiveness of the adhesive: ceramic nozzles for fluorocarbon paint conditions and stainless steel for ordinary adhesives.
