Standard Tensile Force Gauge

The standard tensile tester converts force into pointer deflection or digital signals through a spring or sensor, and is used to measure the tensile strength of materials. In quality inspection, it is used to test the tensile resistance of paper, the toughness of plastic films, and the adhesion of inks, ensuring that products meet physical performance requirements.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the range should cover the breaking strength of the test object, the accuracy should match the testing standards, the fixtures should be compatible with the material shape, and the calibration certificate should be valid. Environmental temperature effects need to be controlled, metal materials are preferred, and data interfaces should be configured according to recording requirements.
