Micro-volume Stirrer

The micro-stirrer drives a magnetic rotor to rotate via an electric motor, which in turn synchronously rotates the magnetic stir bar inside the container, generating a vortex. It is used for mixing small quantities of liquids in the laboratory to ensure uniform dispersion of samples or to accelerate reactions. It is suitable for milliliter-scale liquid stirring operations, such as in chemical synthesis and biological sample pre-processing.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the sample viscosity with the speed range. For corrosive liquids, choose stirring bars made of corrosion-resistant materials. Select flat-bottom or round-bottom specialized stirring bars according to the shape of the container bottom. For high-temperature environments, use them in conjunction with a heating plate. Pay attention to the compatibility between the magnetic coupling strength and the liquid volume. For micro-samples, prioritize the use of mini-sized stirring bars.
