Coating Film Cupping Tester

The film cupping tester measures the indentation depth by uniformly pressing the specimen with a punch until the coating cracks. It is used to evaluate the crack resistance of metal sheet coatings under rapid deformation and is suitable for quality control in industrial coatings for appliances, automobiles, and other applications.
Selection
Select a range of 0.1-2 mm based on the thickness of the material being tested, with a punch diameter commonly set at 20 mm. Prioritize digital display models with a reading accuracy of 0.01 mm. Ensure compatibility with GB/T9753 standard tooling, and control the laboratory environment temperature at 23 ± 2℃.
