Ink mixing knife

The ink palette knife is a thin metal tool used for manually scraping and smearing ink to observe its color, coverage, and leveling properties. It is employed for quickly adjusting ink hue before printing, as well as for color comparison and adaptability adjustments in ink production, printing workshops, and quality inspection processes.
Selection
When selecting, pay attention to the blade thickness of approximately 0.3-0.5 mm, and choose stainless steel or carbon steel for the material to ensure rigidity. The cutting edge should be straight and free of notches, with a length of 12-20 cm to fit standard ink trays. The surface should be polished to prevent rust, and the handle should be non-slip for easy application of force when scraping ink.
