Pointer-type temperature Tester

The dial-type temperature tester uses a bimetallic strip that deforms when heated to drive the pointer deflection and display temperature. It is used for on-site rapid measurement of surface or liquid temperatures, commonly found in industrial equipment inspections and routine laboratory monitoring.
Selection
When selecting, ensure the range covers the operating temperature scope. The bimetallic probe must match the form of the measured object. Check the clarity of the dial scale and the sensitivity of the pointer. Choose the shell material based on corrosion resistance requirements for the environment. Regularly calibrate mechanical components using a standard thermometer.
