Dial-Reading Viscosity Tester

The dial-type viscometer rotates the rotor in the sample via a rotating shaft, measures the torque generated by fluid resistance, and directly displays the viscosity value on the dial pointer. It is used for detecting the viscosity of fluids such as coatings and inks, guiding production ratios and process adjustments.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the measurement range covers the viscosity range of the sample, the rotor specifications match the characteristics of the sample, and the adjustable speed meets the requirements for different shear rates. Pay attention to the compatibility of temperature control functions with the sample, ensure measurement accuracy with calibration certificates, and make sure the operating interface aligns with user habits.
