Universal Tensile and Compression Testing Machine

The universal tension and compression testing machine drives the crossbeam movement via a motor to apply tensile or compressive forces to the specimen, while sensors measure the force and deformation. It is used to determine mechanical properties such as material strength and elastic modulus, and to verify the load-bearing capacity of products such as plastic films and metal wires in quality inspection and research and development.
Selection
Determine the maximum test force range based on the material type: above 100 kN for metals and below 50 kN for plastics. Select the stroke space according to the specimen dimensions, and equip with a heating chamber for high-temperature environments. Compare sensor accuracy: Class 1 for general testing and Class 0.5 for research purposes. Ensure the software includes a standard test method library and data export functionality.
