Paper Whiteness Tester

A paper whiteness meter measures the intensity of light reflected from the paper surface by illuminating it with a light source and calculates the whiteness value based on comparison with a standard whiteboard. It is used to assess paper whiteness and control the appearance quality of paper in the papermaking and printing industries.
Selection
When selecting a paper whiteness meter, it is essential to match the measurement standards, such as ISO or TAPPI. Consider the compatibility between the measurement aperture and sample size, check the calibration stability of the instrument, ensure the operating environment is shielded from light, and choose between portable or desktop models based on the frequency of testing.
