Single-station stirrer

The single-station stirrer drives the stirring paddle to rotate through a motor, causing the liquid or slurry to form a circulating flow within the container, achieving a uniform mixing effect. It is used for small-batch sample stirring, dissolution, and dispersion operations in the laboratory, commonly applied in the formulation adjustment and quality testing processes of coatings and inks.
Selection
Select the motor power based on the corresponding torque according to the viscosity of the material. Choose a low-speed type for low viscosity and a high-torque type for high viscosity. Match the blade diameter to the container size, and ensure the blade shape is suitable for the mixing purpose. Anchor-type blades are suitable for preventing sedimentation, while spiral-type blades enhance vertical circulation. Consider corrosion resistance requirements and choose materials such as stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene.
